**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Double Entry for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
- To maintain individual AP/AP accounts and make adjustments if and when necessary.
- Day to day operational activities such as date entry, processing and recording transaction, filling, update the ledger or fact-checking.
- Account Reconciliation / Bank Reconciliation
- Monthly P/L, BS, TB Closing on Autocount System.
- Reporting of Tax Filing (GST)
- Filing of Bank Statements and all necessary supporting documents
- Any other Ad-Hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE "O" level or equivalent.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience.
- Proficient in the use of MS-Office-Word, Excel, etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with both English and Mandarin to handle enquiries from English and Mandarin speaking associates.
- Responsible, positive, team player and energetic.
- Posses initiative and ability to work independent.
- Savvy with social media posting would be an added advantage.

**Additional**
- Basic Salary range $2200 to $2500 per month for Full Time (payable every end of the month). Part Time to be discussed.
- Working hours: Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 6pm (Full-time) / 8.30am to 12.30pm (Part-time)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
