Blackstone Private Equity - Executive Assistant, Singapore
- Handle general professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
- Regularly coordinate meetings and conference (audio & video) calls
- Organize complex international travel itineraries and arrangements
- Field all telephone calls
- Extensive diary management
- Monthly reconciliation of professionals' expenses
- Liaise with international offices, clients, and external consultants
**Qualifications**:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
- Experience in working with a mix of senior-level executives and professionals providing outstanding administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism
- Experience in interacting with executives, professionals and/or clients
- Ability to cover teams of multiple professionals, multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Fluency in English is a requirement
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office

- Marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients;
- Supervising or training securities licensed employees;
- Structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products; and
- Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.
