Business Description:
Private Wealth was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world's largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone's Private Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone's alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.
Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to gain experience at one of the world class Alternative Investment firms, would like to participate in one of the fastest growing businesses at Blackstone. In addition to gaining substantial product knowledge and supporting the growth of the Private Wealth business in the region, the role will also develop familiarity across other important aspects including sales, legal documentations, product operations, marketing, strategic planning and more.

Job Description:
Blackstone is seeking a highly motivated individual to support our Private Wealth APAC Business Strategy and Development team in expanding our analytics capabilities and executing growth initiatives in APAC. This role will partner across Private Wealth & Blackstone teams with responsibilities that include:
- Help drive strategic and operational initiatives within Private Wealth, including new market opportunities process optimization, from initial assessment through to implementation
- Research white space opportunities for business growth and expansion internationally, including new geographic markets and new business channels
- Generate actionable business insights through in-depth analysis of key initiatives and present findings to stakeholders across Private Wealth
- Partner with Private Wealth and BX teams on key regional initiatives across the full BX product suite
- Support the global buildout of Private Wealth reporting and analytics across sales channels
- Execute Private Wealth reporting and analytics functions while driving ongoing infrastructure development

Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
- Strong analytical, financial and problem solving skills;
- Desire to work in a team environment, across multiple geographies;
- Demonstrated ability to write effectively and strong communication and presentation skills;
- Creative, articulate and ability to effectively understand and convey complex concepts
- Superior organizational skills;
- Familiarity with financial markets, investment strategies and products and the relevant regulatory frameworks;
- Written and spoken Mandarin Chinese a plus, but not required
To be considered for the 2026 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as a fulltime undergraduate or master's degree student. If you are pursuing a Master's degree, you should have no more than 1 year of fulltime working experience
- Anticipated graduation date: September 2026 – June 2027
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
- Resume must be in PDF format
