**Graduate Programme Overview**
**Why the Private Bank Graduate Programme?**
Our two-year Explorer programme develops your understanding and expertise through a deep exploration of three vital areas: Product, Strategy/Business Management and Relationship Management. As part of this programme you can achieve two professional qualifications: IMC, which is mandatory in Year One, and CFA (Level One only), which is optional in Year Two. You’ll gain international exposure to our business and build a close relationship with the Corporate and Investment Bank, as you help our clients build on their achievements and fulfil their potential.

**Who we're looking for**
To be considered for this programme, you must be pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated completion between December 2025 - June 2026.
Ideally, you'll be interested in finance and business, proactive and a good communicator with a GPA of 3.2 or above. We value resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirt, all of which might be showcased through your involvement in extracurricular activities.

**Purpose of the role**
To participate in the day-to-day activities of the private bank and wealth management division providing insights and expertise that help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.
**Accountabilities**
- Execution of small research projects, research to support strategic decision making, preparation of presentations and reports to communicate research findings, collaboration with senior management to implement research findings for private bank and wealth management, working closely with high-net-worth clients and their advisors who have complex banking and investment needs.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identification of opportunities, development of business cases, management of the deployment and launch of new products and services for private bank and wealth management.
- Management of client relationships and provision of customer service support to clients and customers, under steadily decreasing supervision, responding to questions about products and services, processing of transactions.
- Management of the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support in decision making in private bank and wealth management.
**Analyst Expectations**
