Partnerships Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serve as the primary point of contact, own on-going engagement and success with your partners
- Collaborate closely with Homage internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of care services and execution of partner-specific initiatives
- Conduct periodic partner success reviews and design improvement measures
- Design strategies and initiatives to optimize for partner retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Homage internal teams to roll out initiatives for effective and successful care delivery to our partners
- Develop and conduct sales pitches and negotiations to secure new partnerships with potential organizations
- Engage in strategic sales planning and pipeline management & prioritization in close collaboration with the Head of Partnerships
- Design and implement improvements to partnership activation and planning processes
- Stay up to date with long-term care industry trends, policy outlook and market activities to identify potential opportunities for Homage
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu
- At least 2 years of experience in partnerships, account management, consulting and/or strategic operations role
- Ability to develop and execute partner management plans to achieve designated targets
- Outcomes and results-oriented mindset, with track record of meeting designated goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Prior working experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
