Partnership Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Manager to drive the growth and expansion of the blockchain protocol that we are contributing. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing key partnerships that are crucial for scaling the ecosystem.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key infrastructure providers, investors and projects in the Web3 space.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Web3 ecosystem to drive adoption of the blockchain protocol.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners into the blockchain protocol.
- Collaborate with business development teams for active growth and development of the blockchain protocol.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage partnership agreements from inception to execution.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure successful partnership launches and ongoing collaborations.
**Skills and Qualities**:
- Proven track record in business development or partnerships, particularly within the Web3 and blockchain industry, with 1+ years of professional experience.
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain infrastructure, and decentralized ecosystems.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Professional languages and mannerism.
- Experience in working with technical teams and understanding complex infrastructure-related products and services.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities.
**Work Ethics**:
- Diligence: Ensure to record progress and report to managers. Utilise and organise your work hours efficiently.
- Attention to detail: Ensure that the deliverables address all that were requested. Ensure to deliver on time.
- Best Efforts: Seek alternatives when original plans do not work.
- Overcommunicate: Follow up on colleagues and partners frequently, and ensure messages are interpreted correctly.
