Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Customer Support Executive will assist the Manager in sales administration and customer service-related tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Sales Manager in sales administration and customer service-related tasks to ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and queries
- Prepare quotations and follow up on payments from customers
- Ad-hoc projects and other job duties which may be assigned from time to time

**Competencies**:

- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
- A good team player and possess a cheerful personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese for effective communication with our Mandarin-speaking associates

**Requirements**:

- Higher NITEC, Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related studies
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Excel & Words
- Availability on short notice preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

The position will be based at Lim Chu Kang. Company transport is provided at Kranji MRT Station.
