**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Regional Strategy Director will act as the vanguard of creative thinking and will be a well-rounded data practitioner. He / she will plan and lead strategic online & offline campaigns and production projects across the client's Asia markets.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- To acquire a deep understanding of the client's audience insights, perform market research when needed, analyse past campaigns, trends in other categories, economic and political external influences.
- Identify gaps in current funnel of data, insights and performance of marketing initiatives, and help bridge them.
- Lead go-to-market planning, integrated campaign development, brand and brand ecosystem planning and development for the client.
- Be responsible for all creative deliverables needed to promote the client's brand, products, agents, initiatives/events and services. This can include - strategic campaign planning with media spends, tactical campaigns with no media spends, any internal and external comms.
- Provide strategic support for all campaign creative and production requirements for the client's Asia markets, including - Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, China, Cambodia, Myanmar.
- Lead development of creative test planning and co-ordinate with other agency teams (data, analytics, media) to ensure sound execution and measurement of test plans.
- Review results of marketing initiatives, provide further insight and recommendations to improve performance.
- Be up-to-date on current marketing trends, new tech solutions and tools, and translate them into new marketing initiatives for the client.
- Translate marketing initiative ideas into creative briefs for the Creative team and work with them to create and execute.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE**:
**Knowledge & Skills Required**:

- Experience in a regional capacity within a similar environment, i.e., ad agency or digital agency, strategy consulting firm, etc.
- Experience in working with insurance brands.
- Proven track record of ideating and executing data-led marketing - particularly digital and social campaigns with media spends - in previous roles for multiple markets.
- Excellent client management skills with the ability to proactively discuss project related matters with the client, addressing client queries effectively.
- Experience with both offline & online campaigns and assets including but not limited to - digital, social, OOH, video production management, direct to customer & experiential programs, point-of-sale, B2B materials, collateral, social, multimedia, internal employee communications and programs, internal assets, etc_._
- Stay up to date with trends in marketing technology, digital media, social media platforms, content strategy and development, paid media and analytics.
- Proven ability to discern useful insight from large amounts of data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients.
- Ability to oversee and lead several projects at once.
