The HR Ops Executive will be part of the internal HR Ops team that will be responsible for the entirety of the operation matters such as employee datas, work permit & visa tracking and processing, payroll & benefits as well as claims processing. Other quarterly projects that aim at continuous improvement will also be included. **This role will be Based in Johore.**

**You will**:

- Reporting to Singapore Office
- Ensuring employees' data are properly recorded into the HR system in compliance with the internal policy on data compliance as well as updating it as and when necessary i.e promotions, lateral movement, resignation or rehiring and others.
- Prepare all necessary documents for on-boarding of the employees (contracts, NDA, bank documents, tax documents etc) and ensure all information is well explained to employees.
- Fully manage the Visa process and documentation needed for employees and families by fronting the interaction directly with our BPOs as well as the immigration officers on Visa Application processing and ensure timelines are followed.
- Prepare documents for monthly payroll closure and ensure that all the changes are managed accordingly and collaborate with Finance to ensure payroll are disbursed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the timely processing of tickets for claims submission covering benefits as well as any other related claim such as insurance, education allowances as well as any other allowances as outlined in the employee’s benefits policy.
- 2-5 years of work experience within the HR Operation domain with experience in handling HR Ops processing and documentation as well as visa / work permit processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication along with solid experience when it comes to Google G Suite (doc, presentation, excel)
