Roles
- HOD for online and offline mechanical pipeline repair & maintenance department.
- Able to manage the daily operation for pipeline leak repair & mechanical engineering

services.
- Able to perform advance leak repair operation onsite together with supevisor and technicians.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with clients, fabricators and suppliers for daily operations.
- Able to perform site inspection,component measurement,design and provide engineering.

solutions for pipeline repair, reinforcement and replacement.
- Able to train new technicians (OJT) and supervise the leak repair work in the Petrochemical Process.

Environment.
- Able to maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer

safety standards and practices, legal regulations and alerting others regarding potential hazards.
- Able to performs all duties as assigned and adheres to and in strict accordance with company's

Policies,Safe Work Practices and procedures.
- Able to performs on-line repairs on client work sites including drill and tap, adjusting, packing,

bonnets,flanges, thread leaks and connectors. leak sealing and repairs.
- Able to manager MSRA and obtains the proper work permits for performance of work in process

plant environment.
- Completes all appropriate paperwork including service job sheet and submits to designated

accounts department.
- Able to operate all necessary equipment in service line in accordance with operation training and

safety procedures.
- Demonstrates initiative, administration work planning and makes constructive suggestions;
prepares for problems or opportunities in advance and undertakes additional responsibilities.

Skills and Experience**:
- Relevant field mechanical work experience in process plant environment for at least 5 years.
- Must have good basic communication skill to develop effective partnership to meet mutual goals

and clients’ objectives.
- Positive team work attitude.
- Able to read mechanical pipeline drawings.
- Class 3 driving license (Optional But Preferred)
