**Job Description
**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of subsea pipeline engineers, ensuring technical competence and continuous professional development.
- Coordinate the workload within the team and assign tasks based on project needs and individual expertise.Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

**Project Management**:

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of subsea pipeline projects, from conceptual design to detailed engineering, installation, and pre-commissioning.
- Ensure that all engineering activities are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth project execution.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Provide technical leadership in the design, analysis, and installation of subsea pipeline systems, ensuring adherence to relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
- Conduct or oversee pipeline flow assurance, pipeline mechanical design, material selection, and installation methodology.
- Address technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and perform risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and specifications for subsea pipelines.

**Quality and Compliance**:

- Ensure all subsea pipeline designs comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., API, DNV, ASME), environmental regulations, and company policies.Maintain high standards of engineering quality through regular reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)**:

- Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
- Ensure that all engineering designs and operations comply with quality policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements
**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in subsea pipeline engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven track record of managing subsea pipeline projects in offshore oil and gas, renewable energy, or similar industries.

**Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of subsea pipeline design, installation techniques, and applicable industry codes and standards (e.g., API, DNV-GL, ASME).
- Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, CAESAR II, OrcaFlex) and pipeline analysis tools.Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
