Looking for a Receptionist to ensure all our customers are attended to, providing a pleasant experience for all.

Mon-Fri: 9am - 6pm (inclusive of 1 hr lunch break)

Sat: 9am - 1pm

Job Duties:

- Welcome customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them to the relevant person or on the telephone answering or referring enquiries.
- Maintain the reception and common areas in clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Notify company personnel of customers’ arrival and ensure customers are attended to.
- Work closely and buddy with the sales team on admin support coverage and performing any ad-hoc administration duties as needed.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Preferably with 1 year experience relevant experience
- Provide excellent customer service & handle enquiries in a professional manner
- Able to cope in fast paced environment
