Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Mandai Wildlife Group is looking for a team player and self-leader with a heart to empower others to serve. Reporting to Senior Manager, Guest Experience Management, the incumbent will contribute to the organisation’s growth and evolution in service delivery and creating exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with various teams across Mandai, the incumbent will be responsible for enhancing guest experience through organising campaigns, talks, training and recognition events.
- Support the design and development of innovation, design thinking, and service excellence training workshops
- Work closely with teams across Mandai to encourage participation and coordinate resources and information for events
- Evaluate workshop feedback data and recommend improvements to workshop design and delivery
- Monitor training participation and prepare reports to track progress
- Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring tasks stay on track and deadlines are met
- Help develop clear and engaging PowerPoint decks to support presentations and project discussions
- Assist in contracting engagements with training vendors, such as raising purchase orders and issuing invoices
- Support training administration, including booking training rooms, collating registrations, and preparing training materials

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external vendors
- Experience in training administration, event planning, or procurement processes is an advantage
- Proficiency in tracking training participation and preparing reports
- Experience in workshop design and development, particularly in service excellence or innovation and design thinking, would be a plus
