**Responsibilities**:
Business Development
- Research any M&A related companies for the market of Telecom, digital B2C service providers, B2B ICT service providers, Telecom Infra providers such as Investment Bank, Consulting Firm, Law Firm, Service Operator, Governmental Agency, VC and any other related parties and make a target list to meet.
- Research and analyse a Telecom/IT market trend, and company profile for raised as example in #1 and make a report document of it.
- Manage a meeting with partner companies and related parties. (arrange a meeting, make minutes of a meeting and any other related work)
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superior(such as summarise the data in Excel, making the questionnare and analysis, improve in workflow, project in checking cost & revenue by revenue stream)

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree
- Minimum 3 years of company business experience in business development or planning department (telecom or any ICT/Digital service-related company experience will be even better)
- Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping up-to-date with new technologies and new business models in the world
- Good understanding on and familiar with market trends for telecom, digital service, ICT service and/or Telecom Infra
