・2年以上の営業事務の経験をお持ちの方

・Excelに精通している方（Formula、VLOOKUPの使用経験をお持ちの方）

・ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方（社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため）

=======================================
- Support sellers and sales managers with sales operations requests such as quota management, CRM change requests, territory alignment etc.
- Manage tickets with high level of quality, timeliness and within the agreed SLAs
- Document processes and best practices
- Working in cross-functional teams and working in an unstructured environment
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
- Fulfill clients inquiries and assist Japanese English translation if required in the meeting.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in corporate operational or sales team support services
- Background working in or collaborating with Marketing/Sales knowledge and processes
- Intermediate Excel level in Formula & VLOOKUP
- Proficient in both English and Japanese to alias with Japanese and local clients
- Possess analytical skills, methodical mindset of problem solving
- Ability to be a reliable, hands-on deliverer of quality results

**Other Requirements**:

- Provide 2-3 weeks technical & SOP training (Assessment Test in Required)
