**Purpose**: To ensure that our customers get MORE high-quality attention on their social media accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Conduct onboarding, strategy, and ascension calls with customers.
- Supervise the content team and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
- Navigate and manage project management, CRM, and automation tools.
- Conduct department calls to evaluate performance.
- Plan content strategies and map out content ideas for customers.
- Monitor, set, and achieve KPI and goal targets to improve customer results and retention.
- Prepare and report customer success performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in marketing from a local polytechnic (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Experience in social media marketing, sales, or client success roles.
- Experience or strong interest in content creation on social media, particularly in educational/self-improvement content.
- Experience managing a team to achieve KPIs and goals is a bonus.
- Technical proficiency with tools like Notion, Zoom, Google Apps, WhatsApp, and CRM/automation software.

**Bonus Experience**:

- Previous work in a social media or influencer marketing agency.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Passionate about helping others and seeing them succeed.
- Self-motivated and growth-oriented.

**Commitment**:

- Remote work with a dedicated home office space and reliable internet connection.
- Occasional requirements to attend physical appointments as needed.
- Minimum 1-year contract with a 3-month notice period.
