**The Job**
- In charge of all Used vehicles and Leasing fleet for the company
- In charge of the vehicle movement and parking
- In charge of arranging the vehicle for repair, regular servicing, and inspection, including scheduling, arranging of manpower, dealing with external contractor/vendors and etc.
- In charge and ensure that the vehicles are in good ready condition to be delivered any time
- In charge and ensure that vehicle has cleared the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before delivering to the customer
- In charge of getting the reinstatement quote for leasing customer returning the vehicle, including able to quote independently
- In charge of the company phone and be the main contact point for leasing customers (including weekends)
- Dealing with vehicle breakdown involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advice to the driver, arranging for towing, onsite support, etc.
- Dealing with accidents involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advice to the driver, arranging driver down to do accident report, collecting accident excess from the customer, etc.
- Assist the credit control team in the rental payment collection from a specific group of customers

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent
- Min. 2 years experience in handling operation and customer service coordination
- Experience in the automotive working environment will be advantages
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Manage multiple task efficiently in a fast moving environment
- Proactive and possess positive learning attitude
- Must have a valid class 3 driving license
- 5.5-days work (Mon-Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Sat: 10.00am to 2.00pm)

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
