**What the role is**
- Senior Lecturer / Lecturer - Diploma in Business (Digital Business Innovation)

**What you will be working on**
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct lessons to students (youths and adult learners) in general business and technology areas as well as carry out all relevant responsibilities related to the teaching role;
- Design, prepare and develop teaching and learning materials (for face-to-face and online learning) in specific area/areas such as: o Business Information Systems Security & Audit o Business & Social Media Analytics o Business Transformation and Innovation o Customer Experience Design o Data Visualisation & Analytics o Digital Business Development & Strategies o E-Commerce & Digital Marketing o E-Customer Relationship Management o Enterprise Resource Management o Financial Technology - Conduct and facilitate student-industry collaboration project(s);
- Mentor students, and/or advise students on student life and developmental activities, including leading students for local and overseas learning trips;
- Design, develop and deliver customised workshops;
- Undertake industry projects such as organisational climate surveys, employer branding, development of OJT programmes and customisation of HR tools;
- Take on additional duties as necessary (eg committee work and outreach events).

**What we are looking for**
- JOB REQUIREMENTS: - A tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline with specialisation in Technology;
- Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in at least one of these fields: blockchain, chatbot, prototyping and robotic process automation;
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills;
- Possess sound planning, organising and multi-tasking skills, with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time;
- Proficient in using analytics software for business;
- Have a passion for developing talents, and interest to share knowledge and interact with youths;
- Have strong industry linkages to carry out students’ projects and research.
