Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Psychology & Lifeskills) - School of Health and Social Sciences

As a team member, you will play an active role in the professional and personal development of learners, preparing them for work and life.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and conduct lessons related to psychology and lifeskills, including research, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, for Pre-Employment Training (PET) or Continuing Education and Training (CET) learners, especially in health and social sciences.
  • Mentor students, including accompanying them on overseas educational or exchange trips.
  • Participate in school promotion, administrative, and committee duties, especially those requiring psychology expertise, such as research and data analysis.
Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification in psychology, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Additional qualifications in communication or lifeskills are an advantage.
  • Experience in health & social care or educational settings is preferred.
  • Proficient in IT applications for administration, teaching, learning, research, and data analysis.
  • Analytical, meticulous, strategic thinker aligned with NYP and national goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; team-oriented.
