As we continue to expand and diversify our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Contracts and Procurement to join our team.
Position Overview: We are looking for an Manager, Contracts and Procurement to play a key role in enhancing our procurement and vendor management practices. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our stakeholders to optimize procurement processes, achieve long-term cost savings, and ensure contractual compliance. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in procurement and vendor management within the real estate and property management sector.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to maximize value and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Prepare recommendations for contract awards and obtain necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
- Oversee the complete procurement cycle, from initial sourcing to contract execution and performance evaluation.
- Conduct monthly governance meetings with contractors to review performance, ensure adherence to contractual obligations, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Experience in Procurement IT System set up would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Knowledge of relevant procurement software and tools is a plus.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is an advantage.
