Cureelty, we are assisting one of our clients to lookout for **SAP Training Consultant with proficiency in SuccessFactor. **This will be a **6 months contract period **to start with, option to renew for another 6 months.

**Job Scope**
- As a Training & Performance Support Developer, you will support the Learning/Training Lead by designing, developing, and deploying the training and performance support materials.
- You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Master proficiency in Learning Content Development is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Training Evaluation Strategy, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Training Visual Design are recommended.
- Design and develop innovative training materials.
- Create engaging performance support resources.
- Collaborate with the Learning/Training Lead to identify training needs.
- Conduct training evaluations to measure effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning content development

**What you need to have**:
1. SAP HR Training.

**2. Must have experience with SuccessFactor ( **actual delivery, reference guide, simulation, EnableNow sims, evaluations.

3. Consultant level - should be able to do training assessment.
- 4. Change management activities (development change strategy plan, comms plan, execution of comms, user engagement)
