Summary of Job Role

To manage & support the Hotel & Corporate systems, by providing in-depth technical skills to analyse, evaluate, propose and implement ideal solutions to achieve the business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide supports and deliver enhancements for end user according to agreed timeline.
- Gather, define and document proposed technical solutions to the business requirements.
- Analyze requirements, assess design, recommend & develop solution and document technical solution specification.
- Provide projects status reports, including progress, issues & recommendations.
- Research and recommend new technology and approach in software development.
- Provide 24x7 production supports and troubleshooting together when required with internal or external users and vendors.
Requirement
- Having 5 or more years of hands-on working experience in projects implementation, team management for both IT, Business Users & Vendors.
- Having working knowledge of 2 or more successful projects implementation with complete SDLC.
- A self-starter who is assertive, independent and can work on multiple concurrent projects.
- Able to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and to prioritize multiple requests.
- A service oriented team player with keen eye on detail and able to communicate both verbally and in writing with various groups.
- Initiates discussions with users or external groups to resolve issues.
Special Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Hotel systems.
- PMS (Property Management System)
- POS (Point of Sales)
- S&C (Sales and Catering)
- Procurement
- Basic accounting knowledge on Account Receivables.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $6,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
