**Job Responsibilities:

- **The services required are set out as follow:
1. Usage Support Services

To develop and create of media-based content for education
- ebook authoring
- Audio/animation
- video

To maintain school website together with ICT Executive.

To provide trainings for staff and students in the media aspect such as:

- Storyboard
- Camera angle
- Story writing

To assist Infocomm CCA teachers in the training of AVA and media skills (Video and Photo taking Editing Skills) to the students.

To provide audio, visual and media services for school-wide events and activities (eg. Assembly, Mass Celebration, Art Performances, events hosted by school)

To conduct staff and students training (hands-on) on setup of technology in the classroom (AV/IT Equipment) (class technology representatives & Media/Infocomm Club CCA).

To perform AV and media related functions assigned by the school’s Principal, Vice-Principals, AM or HOD/ICT.

2. Maintenance Services

To perform scheduled maintenance and assess usability of AVA equipment (Audio, Visual, Video and Media) in all classrooms and Specialised Rooms (e.g AVA, PA in the General Office and Sound Systems in the Assembly Area, Hall, ISH)

To liaise with school personnel (OM/HoD ICT) and see to the services, installation, servicing and repairs of AV/IT equipment with external vendor,

To perform minor maintenance services of electronic hardware where appropriate (e.g. cleaning of lenses, screens, soldering)

3. Troubleshooting Services

To provide technical support for staff in the event when equipment do not function properly in the classroom.

4. Administrative and Housekeeping Services

To facilitate loan of AV equipment to students/staff for official school activities.

To perform documentation in loaning of IT/AV resources and to ensure proper authorization regarding signing in/out of school’s equipment.

To update regularly equipment Loan Book, maintenance / damage reports, machine logs, inventory tagging, categorise equipment functionality.

To conduct routine inspection of fixed AV/IT equipment in the classrooms and special rooms. (eg Visualisers, LCD Projectors etc), routine cleaning of equipment parts and checking on its function.

To assist in the receiving and checking of delivery of equipment from supplier.

**Job Qualifications:

- **The Personnel shall mínimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- minimum diploma or equivalent in audio visual & media related discipline.
- preferably with 2-3 years’ experience in a Singapore school’s environment
- is able to work well in a team.
- possesses functional verbal and communication skills in English
- possession of relevant experience in logistic maintenance and inventory management will be an advantage
