The Senior Facility Engineer is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the facility, equipment for building, clean room, office and the management of services and processes that support the core business of an organization. The Senior Facility Engineer will ensure effective functioning of a facility to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the organization. This position will coordinate outside contractors or vendors for various services.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Support the Senior Facility Manager and is responsible for any technical and infrastructure issues (HVAC, electrical distribution, fire safety, purified water system, compress air, plumbing, climate control, odors, smoke, spills, damage, emergencies, repairs etc.) related with the entire manufacturing facility i.e. production floor, clean room technology, office and store room.
- Support and oversee project management for the manufacturing facility refurbishment, renovations, maintenance records, operating utility costs, and lease design adjustments with the landlord.
- Ensure daily maintenance and facilities issues are rectified and solved to ensure proper running of building services and facilities.
- Oversee BMS and RMS (Room Monitoring System) and rectify any faults and deviation.
- Work closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications. Solicits bids and quotes from vendors.
- Assist with maintaining building security and immediately responds to building emergencies on a 24-hour basis.
- Monitor performance of contractor and facility central services such as security, cleaning, waste disposal and parking.
- Assist in achieving cost and quality objectives, including energy efficiency optimization at the facility.
- Monitor expenditures and assist the Facility Manager in preparing facility budget estimates.
- Identify and propose utility reduction initiatives.
- Monitor inventory of required spare parts including safety tools.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirement on occupational safety, health and environmental and industry regulations in the facility.
- Manage and supervise facility routine maintenance work, project executions, system improvement and sustainability.
- Develop and implement a facility management program including preventive maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
- Involved in audits and documentations.
- Knowledge on validation procedure will be a plus.
- Perform other ad hoc maintenance duties as assigned by the Facility Manager.

**Y**our Profile**
- Min Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of work experience related to project management, vendor management, building facilities and/or maintenance of manufacturing facility and clean room.
- HVAC, Compress Air and purified water system experience would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of facility related regulatory requirements.
- Able to manage contractors and vendors to deliver quality works and services.
- A team player, able to work hands-on with good interpersonal skills.
