- Senior Engineer Facilities Engineering and Projects - Responsible for facilities projects works from planning, execution, verification and handover

In your new role you will:

- Responsible for **facilities projects **works from planning, execution, verification and handover
- To plan the **facilities projects **from initiation, technical discussion, proposal, implementation until handover.
- To coordinate for **facilities project **s with relevant stakeholders, responsible for timeline and budget.
- To coordinate and support to the **needs of office, production and hook up of production **tool
- Ready to be assigned with **work scope in hook up **, operation and maintenance program
- To support troubleshoot and restore the **plant facilities**:

- To **monitor, collect data, analysis **and report the plant facilities system performance, resources efficiency, abnormality and breakdown of plant facilities
- To extend engineering support for **system recovery **attend emergency recall for non-office hours when unexpected situation arouse
- To conduct **training **and generate or update **work instructions **, **work risk assessment **and **failure mode effect analysis **on respective plant facilities system, equipment or process related
- To carry out **continuous improvement projects **for **facilities**:

- To supervise the contractors and ensure that the contractor safety handbook and housekeeping protocols are adhered to strictly
- Support other functions’ continuous improvement programs and projects

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Degree **in an engineering discipline; Facilities, Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics or Building.
- **Min 3-5 years’ experience in facilities management and project related scope.**:

- **Strong engineering fundamental in M&E **and control to support project management and engineering improvement in factory environment
- Proactive, independent and able to work in fast-paced working environment; as well as highly adaptable to changes in company practices, procedurals and protocols
- **This is 1 year contract under 3rd party payroll company **with employee benefits as per 3rd party payroll company.
