- Analyse data gathered from line managers on competencies required and gaps identified. Prioritise learning needs based on current and future business requirements
- Work with business units to develop business case course content, analyze external vendors’ learning course content, check for suitability to meet training needs as well as scheduling and conducting courses
- Monitor budgets and grant schemes for learning programmes, as well as manage virtual learning community platforms
- Communicate developed learning courses’ schedule and objectives to employees and analyze employee participation rates to complement the overall evaluation of learning programmes
- Develop post-learning feedback forms, analyse evaluation scores and effectiveness of learning programmes
- Audit completion of mandated learning courses and identify lapses for enhancements. Involved in ISO-related matters as well
- Recommend indicators to identify high-potential talent to HR Manager and review suitability of assessment tools for the assessment objectives and target population
- Assist in developing tools and programmes for succession planning and analyse stakeholder inputs on critical roles and succession criteria
- Implement structured and customized succession plans, track progress as well as identify gaps and areas of improvement in succession plans

**Requirements**:
- At least 6-8 years of working experience in Learning and Development
- ACTA qualifications or other training certifications would be advantageous
- Good & sound knowledge of statutory & employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders of all levels & culture
- Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently
- A positive role model who can engage groups of diverse sizes and background
- Good team player with a positive working attitude
- Proficient with MS Office
