We are looking for a motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our team and support the growth of our pantry solutions business. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales, customer service, and workplace food solutions. You will play a key role in identifying potential corporate clients, managing existing accounts, and ensuring our pantry solutions meet client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify potential corporate clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to introduce Tasty Snack Asia’s pantry solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and basic pricing solutions for clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on potential business opportunities.
Account Management & Customer Support
- Support senior account managers in managing corporate client relationships.
- Assist with order processing, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth customer service.
- Address basic client inquiries and escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their pantry needs and providing recommendations.
**Collaboration & Reporting**
- Work closely with internal teams (operations and marketing) to stay updated on service offerings.
- Keep track of sales activities, update CRM records, and prepare presentation decks for client engagement.
- Support the team in organizing sales campaigns and promotions.
**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (B2B experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for workplace food solutions and a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
