**Sales Manager - Pantry Solution Services**
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic **Sales Manager** to drive the growth of our pantry solution services. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about workplace wellbeing, corporate food trends, and B2B relationship-building. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring our pantry services exceed expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Business Development**
- Identify new corporate prospects through research, outreach, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings to present Tasty Snack Asia’s pantry offerings.
- Assist with preparing tailored proposals, pricing packages, and service plans.
- Maintain and update a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
**Client Success & Account Management**
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deliveries.
- Provide first-line support for client queries and escalate when needed.
- Understand client needs and recommend pantry upgrades and seasonal offerings.
**Team Collaboration & Reporting**
- Work closely with our ops and marketing teams on client deliverables and campaigns.
- Maintain CRM data and support in sales reporting and performance tracking.
- Assist in planning and executing sales activations, seasonal promotions, and corporate events.
**Collaboration & Reporting**
- Work closely with internal teams (operations and marketing) to stay updated on service offerings.
- Keep track of sales activities, update CRM records, and prepare presentation decks for client engagement.
- Support the team in organizing sales campaigns and promotions.
**Who You Are**
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales, account management, or customer service (B2B preferred).
- A confident communicator with excellent people skills.
- Passionate about corporate wellness and food innovation.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Self-starter who’s organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
