**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Product Owner capabilities to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple product initiatives simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery according to business requirements. You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and business units, championing product vision while maintaining hands-on involvement in day-to-day project activities. This position offers a clear growth path towards leadership of the entire Project Management team.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Product Ownership (Immediate Focus)**
- Lead and manage at least 2 concurrent product/project initiatives from conceptualization through delivery
- Prepare, review, and update the Product Roadmap
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and status to stakeholders at all levels
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Prioritize features based on business value, technical constraints, and resource availability
- Participate in all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, show-n-tell, retrospectives)
- Provide hands-on direction for sprint execution and backlog refinement
- Define acceptance criteria and validate that delivered features meet requirements
- Remove obstacles impeding team progress and facilitate conflict resolution
- Track and report on project metrics, risks, and overall health
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product releases
- Attend and present at different meetings with key client account as PO representative
- Provide technical solutions that effectively address client business requirements and demands.

**Project Management (Secondary Focus)**
- Master internal SOPs for project management processes
- Manage timesheets, revenue forecasting, and proposal/ quotation preparation
- Provide guidance to Project Managers managing key accounts
- Track project metrics, risks, and overall health
- Remove obstacles impeding team progress
- Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution

**Accelerated Advancement Timeline**

This role offers a structured development path:

- **Months 1 - 3**: Focus on Product Owner responsibilities, shadowing current PO for knowledge transfer
- **Months 4 - 8**: Expand to full Project Manager responsibilities
- **Months 9 - 12**: Opportunity for promotion to Lead Senior Project Manager with full team leadership responsibility

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in a software development environment
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent products/projects
- Strong Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Experience in creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog with well-defined user stories
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with backlog grooming and sprint planning in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
