On a typical day you will:
- Define and manage project plan, keep track of milestones, actions and deliverables-
- Develop Agreed Terms Of Requirements (ATOR) for Asia Pacific market with cross functional teams to ensure projects have a clear milestone, financial benefits and market, operations, field, quality requirements-
- Coordinate business case development with sales & marketing, finance partners and engineering from the strategic perspective to the details of business requirement-
- To plan and manage the meeting agenda for the project - Daily work plan, Weekly All-hands cross functional team status meetings, and monthly PM meeting etc.-
- Maintain horizontal/vertical communication smoothly-
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and field team to define the Test Strategy, Test Plan and prototype materials ordering and managing Test execution-
- Provides status updates to senior management and key customers / partners on a regular basis-
- Follow Otis Product Development Process (PDP) for project life cycle by ensuring the deliverables for each function are met via Functional Readiness Assessor review-
- Work closely with the global Program Management Office (PMO) and APAC regional PMO (Japan, Korea, India, China) during annual budget planning and provides status reporting-
- Establish annual projects plan and actively manage resource utilization based ion company investment prioritiesWhat You Will Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant disciplines-
- Min. 6 years of working experience in project/program management, preferably in Multinational Corporation-
- PMP certified would be highly preferred-
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills-
- Self-starter and a team player-
