We are looking for an entrepreneurial, exceptional and highly motivated growth manager to support the global expansion of Tripadvisor. You will need to be highly analytical and personable, be ready to embrace a steep learning curve, have a strong bias to action along with the ability to problem-solve alongside team members across different functions with varying levels of expertise.

The International Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth across international territories. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize marketing channels and anchor the company towards international excellence.

This role will report into the Associate Director of Global Markets based in our Singapore office
- Job Location: Hybrid_
- This role is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in our Singapore office_

**What You'll Do**:

- Drive international strategy and insights- Partner with senior leadership to craft and refine Tripadvisor's international strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics across targeted regions.
- Develop and share influential thought leadership content that reflects international perspectives, driving innovation and showcasing global market trends.
- Spearhead International growth opportunities across marketing channels

**Conduct detailed analyses to identify performance gaps and assess opportunities for growth across various marketing channels.**
- Work with marketing channel leaders to execute strategies aimed at enhancing localization and optimizing channel performance.
- Investigate new capabilities and marketing channels to improve localization efforts and expand international reach.
- Build culture of international excellence and champion global advocacy- Collaborate with the localization team to optimize translation processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage and superior quality.
- Advocate for international best practices by sharing valuable insights and success stories, inspiring teams and driving a culture of global excellence.
- Ensure that international considerations are integral to key company-wide projects by acting as a vocal advocate for global viewpoints and strategies.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience (7+ years) marketing growth, market expansion or relevant consulting roles
- Strong understanding of global markets, cultural differences, and international business practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and motivate teams
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and a philosophy that embraces risk and pushes boundary
