**Job description**:
Hoow Foods is a food technology startup focused on the restructuring of foods to modify their nutritional profiles, with health as a priority. Modified food products are improved with regard to sugar, fat, protein, fiber and glycemic index and this is generated from a platform technology that allows for reverse engineering of existing products and food chemistry-based substitution of ingredients. Hoow Foods also seeks to play a crucial role in the food sustainability ecosystem.

Hoow Foods is seeking to employ a International Growth and Projects Manager, to spearhead the commercial development, project and operations planning of Hoow Foods’ new plant-based, sustainable food products. This role would report to the CEO and management of Hoow Foods. This role emulates the processes and responsibilities of being a start-up founder building a novel product from laboratory to commercial success.

**Job Scope**:
a. Spearhead and develop international business strategies for a new product line of sustainable plant-based products.

b. Lead and execute marketing and sales initiatives to efficiently bring products into multiple commercial channels

c. Manage P&L of entire subsidiary including managing day-to-day budgets;
d. Grow and manage an early-stage team consisting of production, marketing and sales;
e. Assist and lead fund-raising efforts;
f. Network and be one of the main faces in conferences and events - maintaining high value relationships for the subsidiary;
g. Coordinate and plan media events and coverage to assist in PR efforts;
h. Assist and oversee the subsidiary’s management in day-to-day operational responsibilities

i. Lead and forge strategies eventual overseas export and expansion opportunities;
