Global Tiger Marketing

Scope of the Job
- Support the development of global strategy and creation of the Integrated ATL communication for Tiger Global campaigns, platforms & communication initiatives designed across offline and online channels/environment to deliver sustainable market share, penetration, growth revenue, profit and brand equity growth.
- Support Tiger ® markets in growing the brand disproportionately by providing Brand Communication support for global campaign, platforms, initiatives as well as local Top spins based on global priorities and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Communication
- Support the development of world class integrated ATL campaigns of our Global Platforms in line with global brand positioning and secure full TTL components across offline & online for market implementation.
- Support the development of communication strategy and framework that shapes and defines the usage of global communication platforms.
- Support in global brand planning and strategy development with Global Tiger Team, and shape brand strategy development with the aim of building brand equity in line with our brand architecture and overarching brand idea.
- Clear guidance and capability building of Opco brand teams on Tiger communication strategy in all communication projects in order to secure consistency and relevance of local initiatives as well as compliancy with brand rules and guidelines.
- Co-lead the development process of global communication platforms with agencies from insight -> core idea-> concept and translation to campaign deliverables & assets.
- Lead the development and roll-out of regional campaigns ensuring OpCos activate as per global campaign idea and plan
- Lead communications research and testing at various stages of the process (insight, concept evaluation, final execution testing and tracking) as part the campaign development.
- Accountable and own brand communication budget for assigned projects and manage global creative agencies.
- Define the communication briefs on global platforms and actively guide and support local creative development and approval process
- Own the governance and approval process for all campaign development - brief & concept and production of local and global content
- Lead and build strong partnership with Tiger Global Agencies to ensure agency delivers high quality and disruptive works as per our scope of work and timeline

Digital Ecosystem, Media & Channel
- Co-lead and drive digital transformation (with mobile first focus) thinking in all our communication campaigns, initiatives and implementations.
- Collaborate with relevant agencies or partners to evaluate content performance and develop content insights across platforms and content types as well as digital monitoring and measurement tools to help drive insight for marketing and CMI

Support
- Support global brand team in the development of AP/SP, brand positioning, BIAB, Polaris strategy.
- Support global team on identifying and developing opportunities for growth related to M1-M9 and embed these to communication strategy for brand. (eg innovation - Soul, channel strategy, visibility, POSM, packaging etc)Support the development of digitalized retail initiatives that can help to drive brand development both at global and local level.
- Collaborate e-commerce team, partners & local brand team to develop industry leading e-commerce marketing tactics that help drive e-commerce growth.

Connect
- Develop and build effective teamwork with Global Tiger team, Opco brand teams and other functional teams across Finance, Sales, Procurement and others with the aim to drive synergy
- Manage and build strong partnership with Tiger Global Agencies to ensure agency delivers high quality and disruptive works as per our scope of work and timeline

Develop
- Help to nurture and develop communication development competency with Tiger Global team as well as Opco brand team through sharing best practices with OpCo’s and leverage your network to accelerate implementation of opportunities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing with other members of the Tiger brand team to ensure learning and high standard for integrated campaign development and outstanding digital execution.
- Nurture and develop digital competency with Tiger Global team as well as Opco brand teams through sharing best practices, training, workshops or initiatives
- Partner with local digital marketers to identify areas of opportunity for professional growth within their local teams and digital areas of expertise.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing with other members of the Tiger brand team to ensure learning and high standard for integrated campaign development and outstanding digital executions & best practices
