**Join Our APAC Regional Team as Business Analyst, Asia Pacific (APAC)**

**Are you an analytical problem-solver who loves turning data into insights and impact? We’re looking for a Business Analyst, Asia Pacific to support our growing region with financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering. This is a chance to shape processes, influence decisions, and help drive growth in one of the world’s most fun and innovative retail brands.**

As Business Analyst, APAC, you will play a key role in ensuring transparency, alignment, and performance across our regional markets. You’ll partner closely with the Regional Director and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Retail teams, as well as colleagues across the globe.

You will work from our regional office in Singapore and report directly to our Regional Director, APAC.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Budgeting & Forecasting** - support financial planning cycles, ensuring accurate budgets, forecasts, and reporting across markets.
- **Business Analysis** - evaluate sales trends, KPIs, and market performance to identify risks, opportunities, and commercial potential.
- **Reporting** - deliver regular business reviews, prepare reports for leadership, and ensure data integrity across planning tools.
- **Collaboration** - partner with Commercial and Marketing on campaign analysis, business cases, and ad-hoc financial requests.
- **Operational Support** - ensure smooth handling of office-related financial processes and assist the Regional Director with administrative tasks.

**What You Bring**
- A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel and PowerPoint abilities.
- Relevant experience in financial or business analysis (retail background is a plus).
- A structured, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Comfort working across diverse markets and cultures.
