**Key Roles an**d Responsibilities**
- Learning Management System
- Assist in maintaining and managing learning systems and tools, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and user accessibility to support effective learning experience.
- Creation of resources e.g. guides, toolkits to onboard stakeholders to Learning Management System

Learning Programmes
- Design learning communication materials and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns to effectively convey learning content and engage learners.
- Assist in co-ordination with overseas markets for company-wide project rollouts, including creation and maintenance of guides and communications.
- Support the coordination of trainer’s availability and training logistics for in-house learning to ensure smooth operations.
- Project manage L&D projects by supporting the planning and tracking of project timelines.
- Ensure smooth execution by monitoring progress, coordinating resources, and communicating updates to stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Assist Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in implementing learning content aligned with business strategy.

HR Analytics
- Prepare and generate detailed learning reports using various analytics platforms, create and manage interactive dashboards, providing stakeholders with actionable insights on key learning metrics, programme effectiveness, and overall learner engagement.
- Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of learning data by implementing robust data management practices, validating data sources, and regularly auditing datasets to support accurate reporting and analysis.
- Identify and implement processes to review and track metrics, assess learning objectives and effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements in learning programmes.
- Ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned.

- Proficient using data analytics tools would be an advantage
