Business Analysis- Elicit and document business requirements- Participate in process review and suggests solutions for automation and transformation- Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders- Identify and recommend new systems and enhancements- Design solution behaviour and processes- Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications- Propose and define the functional requirements

Project Management- Work with multiple cross-department stakeholders to manage and deliver solutions of company projects, including the conducting of steering committee meetings, defining of project roles and responsibilities, tracking issues as well as managing project timelines and budget- Work closely with Technical Analyst and Developers to develop a technical solution- Collaborate with Scoot Developers or third-party partners deliver solutions- Prepare project documentation and manage the delivery of solution- Facilitate user acceptance tests, user training, pre
