Job Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 in a senior management or executive role.
- Strong understanding of technology, software development, and IT service models.
- Proven track record of operational leadership and business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with budget planning and financial management.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Results-driven and performance-focused
