Support the development, review, and implementation of asset management strategies for Keppel Infrastructure Trust’s (KIT) portfolio of assets
- Support Value Creation team to develop and implement initiatives to drive business profitability and cash flow of assets
- Assist in managing commercial and legal matters with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain asset-level financial models
- Prepare reports, papers and presentation slides to the Board and senior management
- Participate in acquisition due diligence and post-deal integration
- Support other KIT initiatives as and when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, and business management
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably managing critical infrastructure assets
- Strong financial modelling skills derived from a good understanding of accounting principles
- Prior experience in ESG investing would be a plus
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Energetic, team player with strong inter-personal skills
- Excellent business reporting and PowerPoint presentation skills
