**What the role is**
- As a Manager/ Senior Manager, New Campus, in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that manages MOE’s school building projects.

**What you will be working on**
- Conduct site suitability and feasibility studies for school development
- Review existing school designs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for future schools
- Review consultants’ design proposals to ensure adherence to MOE’s requirements and needs, including maintainability
- Manage the procurement of construction services and administration of construction contracts
- Enhance partnership with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality building projects and services

**What we are looking for**
- Relevant training and background in the areas of architecture, building, real estate or engineering with preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of contract management and understanding of the building industry and building regulations
- Strong collaborative, communication, interpersonal and project management skills
