**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Responsible for day-to-day visual inspection of food processing / finished goods to comply with the Company's required standard.

Conduct checks on production raw materials, production, chiller trucks

Responsible for the compliance of products with the Company quality standards and procedures, customer specification and expectation and legal requirements.

Responsible for reporting any non-compliance of products / process and timely reporting to the Executive / Manager.

Guide and provide corrective actions to production leaders and crews, always strive for continuous improvement at the production area.

Inspect and ensure overall personal and work environment hygiene meets the required standards.

Checking and auditing of work processes and documents to ensure compliance

Ensure proper recording and documentation.

Assist in the implementation of FSSC 22,000, Halal and SFA certifications

Assist the QA Manager and QA Executive for Quality related matters.

Other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Education and Work Requirements**:
At least a Diploma in Applied Food Science or relevant field of study

All are welcome to apply, including fresh Diploma holder in Applied Food Science or relevant field of study and those with relevant work experience.

Positive thinking and willingness to learn

Able to work in manufacturing and chilly environment handling fresh meat and processed food.
