**Job Description & Requirements**:

- Coordinate with HOD's and HR on namelist for QA training matter.
- Liaise with external providers and HOD's on calibration and verification schedule.
- Schedule sample collection, prepare sample and sample labels.
- Check temperature data and highlight to QA executive on any trends or data above the limit.
- Monitor site cleanliness and staff PPE's.
- Monitor product weight and temperature.
- Check and key-in returned goods data.
- Keeping and recording of retention samples; disposal of retention sample.
- File all documents and records accordingly; maintain obsolete files
- Coordinate with HOD's on schedule; maintain visit calendar for audits purpose.

**Education requirements**:

- Preferably a Diploma in Applied Food Science or relevant field of study
- All are welcome to apply, including fresh Diploma holder in Applied Food Science or relevant field of study and those with relevant work experience.
- Positive thinking and willingness to learn
- Able to work in manufacturing and chilly environment handling fresh meat and processed food.

Our other ventures include Food Manufacturing, Cold Storage, Wholesale / Distribution, and import.

All our raw ingredients are sourced from **SFA-approved establishments** and **quality is controlled through regular scheduled farm / plant surveys**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
