**Responsibilities**:

- Manage team members to prepare project design documents, detailing but not limited to scopes, deliverables, budgetary, risks and post changes.
- Plan project schedule and resources tracking progresses on deliverables and facilitate billings upon milestones completion.
- Manage subcontractors’ executions at sites to ensure adherence to company quality standards.
- Plan, evaluate and manage project risks, mitigations, platform safety, escalations and problem resolutions.
- Make decisive actions to avoid schedule and budget creeps.
- Track and update monthly project progress status and financial project reports align to internal company processes.
- Regular meetings and updates with internal and external key stakeholders on project progress.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years of project management experience of proven track records in successful implementations and delivered projects for military related projects
- Project Management Professional Certification will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project Management tools
- Experience in full project life cycle and handle contractual documentation.
- Conversant in managing Project P&L, project planning and risks management.
- Good people management with proven ability in managing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
