**About the Role**:
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their unique financial planning needs, design functional solutions, and ensure seamless project delivery. From leading requirement-gathering sessions to configuring the Workday Adaptive Planning platform and providing post-implementation support, you’ll be at the heart of clients' financial transformation.

**What You Will Do**:

- Independently lead and manage the full lifecycle of Workday Adaptive Planning projects from planning to deployment, with the objective of developing solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains or clients.
- Configure, implement, and customize WAP to align with client needs and industry best practices, whilst ensuring quality standards are met and aligns with the Company’s consulting methodology.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Design custom dashboards, reports, and financial models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct training and workshops to empower clients in maximizing platform usage.
- Collaborate with clients on data integration, migration, and mapping for smooth data flow.
- Integrates with other Practices across the Company and functions to provide a complete solution.
- Provide UAT coordination, solution documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Stay updated on financial planning trends to bring innovative solutions to clients.Support the team in creating project estimates and solution planning.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- **Financial Expertise**:Strong foundation in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools; advanced Excel skills.
- **Problem-Solving**:Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and crafting insights.
- **Client Engagement**:Excellent communication and training skills to connect with clients and present solutions confidently.
- **Project Management**:Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field.
- With 4+ years of experience in financial systems implementation, consulting, or a related area.Workday Adaptive Planning certification is preferred.
