**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls
- Take down customers' particulars, contact number, request and callback timing
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess **Call Centre / Customer Service **experience
- **No experience are welcome to apply** and training will be provided
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- **Able to commit for 5 to 6 months**:
