Call Centre / Customer Service Exp
- No Exp Welcome & Training Will Be Provided
- 5 Days / Office Hour / Able to work on Weekend
- Able to commence work immediately

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls
- Address customers' enquiries
- Follow up on escalated cases and perform call back when required
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess call centre / customer service experience
- Good communications and interpersonal skill
- Customer service oriented and a good team player
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to work on weekends (Will get some weekends off)

Other Information:

- Working Hour: 5 Days, Office Hour (Able to work on weekend)
- Location: Town
- Salary: Up to $3200/mth + OT + AWS + VB
