**Responsibilities**

NETWORK PERFORMANCE
- Develop globally aligned strategy for MRP (Management Review Process) in APAC
- Deploy best-in-class Performance visibility dashboard via means of single data source and Power BI tool
- Define partner managment framework for non-DSC country operations (eg. DGF, DHLE, SF DSC CN managed operations)
- Establish Country Business Reviews process in partnership with Country Champions and Operations Champions

STRATEGIC INITIATIVE
- Develop Data Analytics & Customer Insights as a product offering to SL customer as part of renewal or RFQ as competitive advantage
- Replicate APAC Data Analytics success to other region in EMEA and Americas
- Establish Customer Dashboard for performance management via tools eg PowerBI
- Drive Command Center strategy in alignment to govern the network performance and drive service excellence

NETWORK IMPROVEMENT
- Establish Network optimisation framework
- Establish framework for process productivity assessment and proactively manage improvement plans
- Present and implement customer improvement projects (customer facing and deliverig the initiative)
- Develop operations Heat Map review to drive operations improvement and service excellence
- Establish best practice sharing strategy cross country, accounts and global to drive improve customer experience

CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Drive change management through the APAC network, implementing a new way or performance reporting using the SL BI tool (Business Intelligence Solution, linked to Select Upgrade which is our SL solution)
- Own the Ops Dashboard Power BI roll out towards our country operations
- Drive the Ops Dashboard Power BI roadmap, engaging with the global community and proving feedback to all new customer agreements to ensure we sell our standard services
- Own the Customer Dashboard Power BI roll towards all CSS SU customers
- Drive the Customer Dashboard Power BI roadmap to drive non-mitigation performance

COMMUNICATIONS
- Create awareness of the SL Analytics and BI product across the network though Snack & Learn, Webinar
**Requirements**:
5-6 years of Supply Chain Management Experience

Experience in Data Analytics and Business Insight

Experience in working and accomplishing tasks within a cross-functional/matrix type organization

Experience in project management with consulting experience a plus
