**The Role**:
You shall possess relevant knowledge and experience in the monitoring of lending to corporate clients. You will be required to:

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
- Anticipate developments, identify and monitor accounts that will require special attention
- Work with stakeholders to devise an appropriate strategy to deal with accounts that require special attention.
- Obtain sufficient information and performance statistics to assess the creditworthiness of accounts with special monitoring requirements.
- Work closely with the Credit Assessment team and Recovery team as part of the integrated and collective end-to-end credit cycle process to ensure the Bank’s overall loan portfolio is protected.
- Manage portfolio dashboards/reports to stakeholders.
- Involve in risk-related management and automation projects and credit-related administrative matters to ensure compliance with the Bank’s approved parameters and guidelines.
- Attend Branch Credit Oversight Committee (“BCOC”) meeting as secretary
- Prepare minutes for BCOC meeting
- Meet the agreed service level and operational risks standard objectives
- To observe the standard of good banking practice as set out by ABS Code of Conduct and to comply and adhere to the guidelines governing anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist issues with the understanding of its importance and implication
- Other duties may include portfolio stress testing, reviewing and providing updates of policy manuals, and ESG-related tasks.

**Qualification and Experience**

Good communication, writing, Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel VBA programming skills are essential requisites for this post.

Other desired attributes include the ability to work independently, a good understanding of data structure, experience in automating credit reporting tasks and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
