**Procurement & Logistics Executive**
Location: Pasir Panjang Employment: Full Time
**Responsibilities**:
**Procurement Responsibilities**:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality products, and timely deliveries.
Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs in coordination with relevant departments.
Review and update procurement records and documentation to ensure audit readiness and traceability.
**Logistics Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and delivery schedules.
Liaise with transport companies, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics operations.
Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
Optimize logistics processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
General & Cross-functional Responsibilities:
Prepare regular reports on procurement and logistics activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and shipment tracking.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and warehouse teams to align procurement and logistics plans with business needs.
Support internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and logistics policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Entry-level individuals are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
- Regular hours, Monday-Friday
- English literacy is a MUST.
- Possess good communication, coordination and writing skills.
- Possess good computer skills
- Have initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,300.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Logistics / procurement: 1 year (preferred)
