Accounts Admin Executive responsibilities to support Accountant in bookkeeping and HR administrative works for the company and the related company.
Payroll
1. Preparing monthly payroll for office staffs.
2. Submission of monthly employees and employers CPF contribution.
3. Preparation of IR8A form to staffs for yearly submission of personal income tax.
4. Submission of make-up pay claims for staffs on national reservice.
5. Preparing payslips for office staffs.
Petty Cash Claims / Staff Claims
1. Preparing purchase journals to account for submission of monthly petty cash claims and staff claims.
2. Preparing payment journals to account for monthly bank and petty cash transactions.
3. Reimbursement of monthly staff claims submitted.
Course Funding and Government Grant
1. Application of course fee grant and absentee payroll for sending staff to attend course training.
2. Application of grant such as enhanced work life grant for flexible work arrangements.
3. Application of Government-Paid Childcare Leave for employee.
Staffs Leave Record
1. Updating annual leave, medical leave etc applied by staffs.
2. Preparing leave record to staffs.
Company's Insurance
1. Liaising with insurance agent on renewal of company's insurance policies such as employee medical, work injury compensation, light industrial, fire etc.
Foreign Workers Permit
1. Application of work permit for new work permit holder.
2. Termination of work permit for resigned work permit holder.
Letter of Offer / Employment Agreement Letter / Confirmation Letter
1. Preparing letter of offer / employment agreement letter and confirmation letter to new staff.
Submission of Business Census Registry and Participation of Surveys Conducted by Local Government Bodies
1. Submission of Business Census Registry to Ministry of Manpower.
2. Participation of surveys conducted by Ministry of Manpower / Skills Future.
Corporate Secretarial Matters
1. Liasing with company secretary on corporate secretarial matters such as AGM documents, Register of Registrable Controller etc
Others
1. Liaising with building management and facilities renewal with service vendors
3. Requisition of office supplies such as office stationery, copier paper, office groceries etc
4. Co-ordinating company's events such as Christmas party, Chinese New Year reunion lunch, team building event etc.
