**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees, including preparing paperwork and facilitating training sessions.
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and invoices, and prepare reports as required.
- Oversee office maintenance, including coordinating repairs and maintenance services.
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management, addressing any issues or concerns effectively.
- Organise and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide administrative support to executives and other team members as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in managing budgets and handling financial tasks is a plus.
